"I have attempted to reach you several times via phone calls, text messages, online chat, and my online account for about two weeks and your office cannot be bothered to respond. I can only assume you or someone in your family has suffered a grave injury for you to be so unprofessional and to apparently raise my rates once I filed a claim after the hurricane in October. If that is the case, then I send you and yours thoughts and prayers, but I still need to get off your bald backside and earn your fees."

I was not disrespectful to Alex, he actually hung up on me rather than try and ease your customers mind. I won’t even unravel the nightmare when needing your office for our auto insurance needs after an accident. Two months we waited for an axle. State Farm corporate needs to be made aware of your practices."
