"I shopped around for auto insurance. Jennifer was so pleasant I decided to go with State Farm. It was not the lowest rate but the fact that Jenniffer was pleasant I selected their office for the auto insurance. I believe she will continue to provide me with excellent customer service. "I have attempted to reach you several times via phone calls, text messages, online chat, and my online account for about two weeks and your office cannot be bothered to respond. I can only assume you or someone in your family has suffered a grave injury for you to be so unprofessional and to apparently raise my rates once I filed a claim after the hurricane in October. If that is the case, then I send you and yours thoughts and prayers, but I still need to get off your bald backside and earn your fees."

"I was with them for years. They messed me up multiple times. Continued to take out payments even though I gavea 30+ days notice I was going to a $40 a month cheaper insurance with Progressive and my six month contract had ended. Still have not received my $ back! Will change this review when I do! No one answered phone so left message and did not get called back. Very frustrating!"

"Alex is amazing. One of my key points is he never made me feel pressure. He searched for the best price for me and told me the benefits. Even when my current insurance was cheaper he provided me with with helpful information. I’m personally not paying for the insurance. I’m paying for Alex to tell me the best route to take for best coverage. Priceless. Thank you Alex"

"Save your time and money now and move onto a different company. From auto to home Insurance, it has been a nightmare with this guy! Feel free to reach out to me on social media if you need further details. We actually asked if we could pay in full and David said no. Everything in his response is false. This is a WARNING do NOT do business with this guy. He is full of empty promises which leads to failure. They just want to close a deal. Then you are just a number. They actually hung up on my wife. Way to be professional."

"Karyn and Ivan, Your policy with Citizens was cancelled due to non-payment of premium. When we wrote this policy for you, we advised you that we’ve had several issues with your mortgage company paying Citizens. We sent the invoice to them. We called them with you to ensure that they received it and were going to pay it. Even though they confirmed that they would pay it, we advised you follow up with them to make sure it was paid. We even gave you the opportunity to pay it out of pocket. The policy was not paid. Citizens emailed and mailed you a notification that your policy was being cancelled for non-payment of premium. You didn’t respond. The way you spoke to Alex this afternoon was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. We treat our customers with respect and expect the same in return. We offered to rewrite your policy, but you refused."

"Do NOT use David Moskowitz or his assistant Alex. They are incompetent to satisfy basic insurance needs. My mortgage company shows that it did pay. I was not disrespectful to Alex, he actually hung up on me rather than try and ease your customers mind. I won’t even unravel the nightmare when needing your office for our auto insurance needs after an accident. Two months we waited for an axle. State Farm corporate needs to be made aware of your practices."
